Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. After reviewing, authors will be informed about the decision. If the abstract is accepted, the authors agree their abstracts to be published in an abstract booklet. Final decisions regarding format and placement of individual abstracts within sessions rest with the Organizing Committee. Accepted abstracts for oral presentations may be converted to poster presentations due to a limitation in presentation slots.
